Description

The story of this build is pretty simple. I have a friendship of over 10+ years (and Im 27 rn) with my college friends. We are a quatuor.

One of our friends got it rough during these last 2/3 years, losing all his grand parents, gf dropped his while having a severe depression, got ****** by his old boss/job and, everytime he had money for some little upgrade for his current PC (FX8350, 8GB, GTX 960 4GB [Mine]), something would **** the pan (car especially).

So, me and one of my friend wanted to help him so we sold some "old" pc parts, 2 laptops, 1 pc (i5-3550, 12Gb, Zotac 960 2GB), Vesa Mount, One Power Supply, Some Legos set and we used this money to build him this pc. Everything we sold covered our parts, we even have 35$ left so we decide to pitch in little to buy him Cyberpunk too.

When writing these line, our friend isnt aware of this, we will give it to him next Saturday

This has to be one of the most heartwarming pc stories I've ever heard. I am glad you and you friends pitched into to help your friend out, I hope you update us and tell us how it went. This is * great to hear because people aren't nice anymore. keep it up man

Update December 1st:

CPU is defective, had to get a replacement. Sadly, with black friday, they didnt have anymore 3100 or 2600 to replace the defective 3100. So, my only choices were R7 2700x, R3 3200g and R5 3400g. 2700x was way out of budget so i had to settle with the 3400g.

I know it aint the best cpu, but it should run Cyberpunk. Would have took the 2600 if available and store (Canada Computer) could only exchange, not refund

i have a question about the mother board your using i see you have a m.2 and sata storage but for me on pc part picker it says that they wont be compatible together so what did you do
