Went back a month after publishing and changed the power supply for this build. I've heard good things about the Corsair RMe series, and I have good history with Corsair PSUs myself. This is way, way more wattage than I'll ever need, both now and in the future, but I got a good deal on this one.

I've also heard these units can have noticeable coil whine sometimes. Guess what this particular unit does. :(

Fantastic power supply but it didn't come with three 6+2 connectors for the 9070 XT so I had to order an extra cable.

Holding up well after 1 year

Bought for 115 USD from Best Buy on January 2025. Works great and has had no problems with my system.

Its an verry eficiant psu. and it does its job well, but it can make a lot of noise.

Bought a Thermaltake 750W PSU because it was affordable and quiet, but 1 hour after installing windows, it caused a power shortage. Went straight to Best Buy, and this was the best PSU they stocked. It looked decent with a zero fan mode but little did I know... This is the loudest freaking PSU I have ever heard.... Sounds like a 1.8 F4 at like 6,000 RPM dude Some people say that the RMx isn't like this (this is the RMe) Don't buy the "zero fan mode." Just don't. At least it didn't blow up like the Thermaltake 😭

Love it and would give it more stars but with these newer GPU the amount of Watts needed are getting crazy.

It works like expected. High quality cables and an easy installation experience.

Works great and had no issues, hopefully will never.

Bought for more peace of mind.
