from completed build Personal Computer
Sort of your standard first build motherboard I think. Will be upgraded along with the CPU and GPU.
from completed build Black Mamba v3 (2025)
Still the GOAT. Had to update to a beta version Bios in order to use the 5700X3D, and this is my only problem with it. That being said though, I'm still giving it 5 stars, because I've had 0 issues with the latest (P10.31) Bios.
from completed build Ice
No complaints. The BIOS never failed me. Word of caution though, make sure the case you put it in has enough wiggle room for cables. Took me ages to take the 12 pin cable out of the board with big hands.
from completed build AM4's Last Stand
Extremely budget tier B450 board that still has enough fan headers to keep me happy. Bit disappointed that the second SSD slot isn't NVME, though.
from completed build Astronomical upgrade from a MacBook Pro Mid 2010
-Lots of fan headers.
-Limited to PCIe 3.0 x16 GPU and PCIe Gen3 x4 M.2 NVMe.
-Second M.2 only supports SATA III.
-Requires aftermarket WIFI/Bluetooth adapter.
-No RGB on board but it does have headers for them.
from completed build First build
its a motherboard. sadly no wifi and bluetooth
from completed build First Gaming PC (Built during peak COVID/shortage)
Works fine, but bios was kinda hard for a beginner to figure out. Did everything I needed though.
from completed build Thrifty shopping pc
Good. Has good IO and works wonders for the $85 price. Solid build quality.
from completed build The PC of Theseus
Original part of build in Aug 2018
A budget mATX board at the time, which has stood the test of time remarkably. The on-board audio is lacklustre (I've needed to use a USB sound card to avoid my headphone output echoing back through the microphone input) and the BIOS is not at all intuitive. But the fact that a budget 2018 motherboard can support a CPU released in April 2022 (including features like PBO and Resizable BAR) is very impressive.
from completed build The Micro Toaster 2.0
Decent board, many pitfalls for me IMO. Won't any ram kit past 3200 and when I originally got the board back in 2019. AsRock didn't send any m.2 screws, this is the last AsRock I will buy from them.
